PEAR download-all
The last time I was playing with PEAR Manager, I remember there was around 170 pear packages, today I runned Pear download-all and I saw that there is 198 packages (Pear and Pecl of course) !! Its too much but we'll try to go step by step to cover almost all of them.
Pear download-all is used to manage both PEAR and PECL, but I think its a little confusing, since after downloading you can run install for PEAR, while PECL ones need to be build. I think it could be better to seperate them or at least add an option like download-all PEAR and downaload-all PECL.
