Where is the PEAR Documentation ?

I was wondering why PEAR documentation isn't generated for the latest 1.4.0a*, is it because its alpha release ? At least Documentation for the latest release link should point to the latest release with documentation, which is the 1.3.5 and not to a document not found page.
